The buyer must pay the seller a 50% deposit before ordering the trailer. NO PERSONAL CHECKS FROM THE BUYER UNLESS THE CHECK IS MAILED IN ADVANCE AND THE SELLER CAN VERIFY FUNDS. If an order is canceled, the customer understands the deposit will be applied to re-stocking fees and card processing fees.
All drawings, sketches, estimates, photos, other intellectual, and proprietary items provided by the seller to the buyer shall remain the exclusive property of Custom Aircraft Trailers. The buyer's purchase price balance shall be due and payable to the seller at the time of PICK UP or before delivery of the trailer. All payments by the buyer to the seller must be in the form of a cashier's check, official bank check, or other bank financings that the seller has approved. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The buyer must pick up the trailer within the time frame given by the sales representative. After the time given is up, a re-stock fee of 20% will be applied & the seller will resell the trailer. The time frame for a new build will begin again. In such a case, the buyer is responsible for any price increases. For deliveries, all trailers are FOB shipping point.

The buyer understands that Custom Aircraft Trailers is a dealer and not the trailer manufacturer and that all warranties are from the manufacturer. Custom Aircraft Trailers does not furnish warranties on the trailer. Custom Aircraft Trailers does not guarantee time frames. All time frames given are estimated and subject to change.
Absolutely no returns accepted on trailers. All sales are final. Contact your trailer manufacturer if you feel there is a defect concerning your trailer within the ownership warranty coverage period.
CUSTOM AIRCRAFT TRAILERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY CHANGES AT ANY TIME IN PRICING, COLORS, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, SPECIFICATIONS & MODELS & TO DISCONTINUE MODELS WITHOUT NOTICE OR OBLIGATION.
